Mighty Dills Pickleball Company Return Policy

At Mighty Dills, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality pickleball paddles, equipment and accessories that meet and exceed expectations. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • Returns are accepted within 21 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized paddles are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  1. Initiate a Return:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at peter@mightydills.com or 337-257-5211. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  1. Packaging Your Return:
  • Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
  1. Inspection and Refund:
  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  1. Exchanges:
  • If you wish to exchange your paddle for a different model, size, or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
  1. Warranty Claims:
  • Our paddles come with a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe your paddle has a defect covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
